This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the REDG Blast platform operated by REDGBlast LLC. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
1. Consent is required
You may only send messages or place calls to recipients from whom you have obtained prior express consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state laws, and carrier rules. You are solely responsible for maintaining records of that consent and for honoring all federal and state Do Not Call obligations.
2. Opt-out handling
Every campaign must honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, and CANCEL keywords immediately and automatically. Recipients who opt out must not be contacted again unless they provide new consent. Messages must identify your business and include opt-out instructions where required.
3. Registration and carrier requirements
Application-to-person messaging in the United States requires 10DLC brand and campaign registration. You must provide accurate business information for registration, use numbers only for the registered use case, and comply with carrier throughput and content rules. Number rotation, snowshoeing, or evading carrier filtering is prohibited.
4. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use the Service to send or facilitate:
- Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or purchased and scraped contact lists
- Fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, or impersonation content
- Content promoting cannabis, controlled substances, tobacco, vaping, or firearms
- Payday, high-interest, or predatory lending, and debt-relief or credit-repair offers
- Gambling, sports betting, lotteries, or sweepstakes where prohibited
- Cryptocurrency, get-rich-quick, work-from-home, or investment income claims
- Adult content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or content harmful to minors
- Malware, unauthorized data collection, or any unlawful activity
5. Messaging conduct
Do not send messages outside permitted local calling hours, disguise the sender identity, or misrepresent the purpose of a message. Message content must be truthful and must not make guarantees about outcomes, earnings, or property values.
6. Prohibited business use
The Service may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to provide messaging on behalf of clients whose activities violate this policy. You remain responsible for the conduct of any user or client operating under your account.
7. Enforcement
We monitor for abuse complaints, carrier violations, and unusual sending patterns. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, and report unlawful activity to carriers or authorities. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
8. Reporting abuse
