1. How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the billing settings, or by contacting our support team at support@redgblast.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless you request immediate cancellation.
2. No long-term contracts
REDG Blast subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month or annual basis with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime without early termination fees.
3. Access after cancellation
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded or suspended, and you may lose access to certain features and data.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow you to reactivate your account or export your information. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable law. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before cancellation.
5. Phone numbers and assets
Any phone numbers, campaigns, or other assets associated with your account may be released or removed after cancellation. We recommend releasing or porting out any phone numbers you wish to keep before your account is closed.
6. Reactivation
You may reactivate your account by logging in and resuming your subscription, subject to current pricing and availability. Some historical data may not be recoverable after reactivation.
